I have been currently on the job market for awhile and I have learned that what employers and recruiters are looking for are not for FANCY looking resume. As regards to IT, its important to state your skillsets and relevant work history. After all, they only look at 100+ resumes a day. DON"T WASTE THEIR TIME!!! Get to the point.
